POSTPARTUM RECOVERY


The postpartum journey is so much more than just “bouncing back.” Postpartum recovery is about giving your body the time and care it needs to heal from the physical demands of pregnancy and birth, followed by rebuilding and strengthening with the right support. However, the postpartum period can come with a variety of challenges, from leaking and core weakness to scar recovery and pelvic pain. Our specialized care is designed to address these concerns and guide you toward feeling strong, confident, and supported. We can help with the following: 

  • Leaking: Urinary or Fecal incontinence

  • 0-6 week postpartum recovery plan

  • Diastasis recti (Abdominal tissue widening may or may not be associated with coning/doming with movement).
