Taking a Holistic Approach to Whole-Body Health

We combine pelvic and orthopedic assessments with education, therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques, including visceral mobilization and integrative dry needling, to ensure a complete and lasting recovery. Our treatment strategies are designed to address the root cause of your concerns and promote long term wellness.

  • Education is a key part of healing. We help you understand how everything in your body is connected and how one system impacts another. You will learn how to manage symptoms, prevent recurrence and feel confident throughout your recovery journey.

  • We use hands on techniques such as soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, cupping and scar tissue massage to reduce tension, improve mobility and enhance blood flow in affected areas. This promotes pain relief, restoring balance thus improving overall function.

  • Using a whole body apprach, we develop a tailored exercise program to rebuild strength, improve stability and enhance coordination in your core, pelvic floor and muscles up and down the chain.

  • Visceral Manipulation or Visceral Mobilization, is a gentle hands on therapy that focuses on improving the movement and function of internal organs and their surrounding tissues. Using gentle pressure and mobilization techniques, this therapy helps release adhesions, restore their natural motion and promote balance, resulting in reduced pain, improved organ function and relief from symptoms linked to dysfunction.

  • Dry needling is a minimally invasive technique that uses thin needles to release muscle tension, reduce inflammation, improve circulation and address soft tissue guarding. This approach not only targets muscular dysfunction locally but also promotes healing and restores balance through a neuromuscular system response, effectively addressing pain, trigger points and other musculoskeletal concerns.
